Responsibilities:
The Resident Representative of the company. He is responsible for the overall implementation of the project. This includes but is not limited to:
Represent the company towards the Employer, Engineer, Subcontractors, Suppliers and all other Authorities or Agencies that might be required during the course of the Project.
Responsible for client relations and is the sole interface with the PD.
Ultimately responsible for the safe and successful execution of the project.
Ensure execution of the project in the fastest and most economical manner as well as to the highest possible satisfaction of all parties involved.
Direct, manage and control the project team along with the subcontractors to ensure that objectives are met through all project phases and in accordance with the procedures and policies established by the Executive Committee (E.C.)
Ensure availability and provision of all resources.
Provide necessary information to the OM’s & the EC.
Safeguard the company’s assets.
Ensure the application of established procedures, as well as the maintenance of the cooperation and communication between the various sections.
Provide proper internal reports required by the OM’s, following the company procedures

Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Has Security Clearance or can easily obtain one
Has experience in building American Embassies or similar construction projects (at least five years)
Minimum ten years in the Project Manager position
Overseas experience is a MUST. Experience with US Government contracts is a plus
Can be available within 4-6 weeks
